The Department of Human Services Division of Rehabilitation Services is 
pleased to welcome our new Bureau of Home Services Bureau Chief, Vivian 
Anderson.

Vivian most recently served as Deputy Chief of Staff for Public Safety in 
Governor's Quinn's Office. Prior to joining the Governor's Office, Vivian 
worked at the Illinois Department of Public Health as the Deputy Chief of 
Governmental Affairs. She holds a degree in clinical laboratory science and 
worked for Memorial Medical Center in Springfield for 19 years before 
accepting her position at IDPH in 2007.  Vivian and her husband Miles have 3 
children and live in Springfield.
