Hi Fellow Federationists,
  Ihave  eve just heard possibly the most important N.P.R. program ever dealing with blindness and low expectations for blind people ever aired!  The Federation is mentioned in this program.  Hope you can find it or possibly it is re-broadcast at other times and abailable on their web pages.
