Glenn, let me again remind you that free 411 service is a blindness issue,
and, congruently, keeps to the purpose of this list.  Blind people use this
service.  Rob brought up a great point and cited the closing of call
centers nationwide, and the one in Irvine.  Remember, if it affects all
blind people, it is a blindness issue.  If it an issue affecting blind
people, it should be discussed on this list.  Why?  Because it's
blindness-related.  That is why these lists are created; thank you, Jamal,
I have a witness here.
