Hi everyone, just reminding you guys that there is a planning
teleconference of the Student Seminar

(If you are part of the committee and can't make it due to scheduling,
please reply to this email letting me know the best times for the next
meeting, so we can get everyone into these meetings)

Guests are welcome also.



Here’s an agenda for tonight:



       Registration and hotel arrangements

       Brief summary of each person’s presentation, Q and A or working out
any snags people have encountered.

       Judo: Vehicle and driver needed to bring mats

(Brett has the people to carry the mats, but we need a vehicle. SUV, Van,
or truck will do, but Brett can’t drive it himself. He would be fine
bringing the mats Friday Night if that works with the Hotel and whoever is
driving)

       Directions to hotel—for those who need

       Panel, members, and picking time for dry-run meeting

       Notes/outlines available for attendees

       Other info we want to send attendees

       Questions/items for audience evaluation

       Select next meeting date.
