[il-talk] 3/29 BELL meeting rescheduled

Just a heads up that at-large is scheduled for April 12 at 7 PM. This is
what the chapter decided last month since the first Sunday of the month is
Easter Sunday. And the rest of the chapter members, myself included, did
not want to have a meeting on Easter Sunday.
