[il-talk] Convention attendance

We learned at our chapter meeting in Baltimore yesterday that all of the convention hotels are booked. There is a waiting list if people have not yet reserved their hotel rooms. Also, we are searching for a fourth overflow hotel and details will be coming soon. However individuals must preregisterThe hotels are requiring proof of registration in order to get the convention rate or else individuals will have to pay the regular hotel rate which is nearly $300 per night.
