Subject: The blind onion

Hi mom,
I recently started following The Blind Onion on twitter. It's like the onion, but all the headlines are about living life as a blind person. Some are really funny and remind me of your life and my experiences growing up. I don't know who the guy behind it is, but he probably is a member of the NFB because he comes up with a lot of nfb convention jokes. Here are a few of the funnier headlines:

Sighted journalist successfully composes article entirely of blindness clichés

Usage of BeMyEyes expected to skyrocket as convention atendees scramble to identify hotel-issued toiletries

Sighted parents teach blind kid to be afraid of the dark

Sighted spouse has pretty much had it with all the little talky-talk devices

Inspirational documentary, Box office hit: Blind serial killer proves you do not need vision to take THE LIVES YOU WANT

And the one that truly spoke to me...
Teenager embarrassed equally by blind and sighted parents

Good night!!!
