After testing performed by Patti Chang and myself, we have made some
formatting changes to the At Large Chapter membership form. This form is for
new and returning At Large members. To complete the form, please visit
https://www.nfbofillinois.org/at-large-membership-registration-form.

 

Payment can be done via check or PayPal. For those without a PayPal account,
you can still pay through PayPal by providing the information from your
credit or debit card. For those paying via check, inquire with Patti Chang
for the proper procedure for to whom the check should be payable to and what
to put in the memo field.
