[il-talk] Website technical issue yesterday

For those that were having technical difficulty accessing the NFB of
Illinois website yesterday, I apologize for the inconvenience. According to
David Andrews, the master server connected to the site was down and it
needed to be restarted. Everything is back to normal now.
