[il-talk] Switching web host for website

Greetings to all,

 

This is NFBI Webmaster Brian Mackey. After consulting with Patti Chang and
Denise Avant, we will be switching our web host provider from BlueHost to
NFBNet. The reason for this is that those with nfbofillinois.org email
addresses are having difficulty logging into the email server. We hope to
resolve this by moving over to NFBNet. I have been coordinating the
transition with David Andrews. On July 21st, I will update our site's DNS
record to point the site to NFBNet as the web host. From there the site will
move over to the new hosting server. During that time, the site will be down
for multiple hours. At this point I don't know how long it will take to
complete the transition. Just thought I would give you the heads up in
advance.
