We will need to be involved in the regulatory phase. DCFS has to implement
training and so on. 

I would respectfully suggest that we work on that as soon as we can after
passage.

We will also want to figure out how to educate judges about the law.

Thank you Bill for the grate news. Hopefully, this bill will pass the senate
with enough strength that Governor Rauner will not attempt a vito. As
chairman of the State Legislative committee, I wish to thank everyone who
offered written testimony, called their senators and/or house members, wrote
to their house members and/or senators, or gave permission to have letters
written on their behalf. We will hopefully be able to have a few meetings
where we can decide what to do about next year, assuming that this really
passes.

Finally, thank you committee members for helping me understand how to work
with the Illinois legislature.
