Greetings from the Deaf-Blind Division!

 

We've been told that the National Convention agenda will be published June 1, 2017. If you're coming to the National Convention in Orlando and will be requesting communications accommodations, you will need to complete the attached Attendee Form and return it to Anil Lewis by June 9, 2017. Please note that requests received after June 9, 2017 may not be honored. The form asks for your preferred way to receive information in a workshop/seminar, and also asks for a list of the workshops/seminars/activities for which you will need accommodations. 

 

If you have difficulty opening the Attendee Form or completing it, please let me know. Also, please reply to this email if you have any questions. 

 

Feel free to forward this email and the Attendee Form to anyone you know who may need communications accommodations.
