I use Windows 7, Outlook and Internet Explorer.  Otherwise, I do not know
specifically what drivers I use.  Anyway, I tried some more, and finally got
it to work.  I then sae the original and made copies which I stored both to
folders on my hard drive ad on my SD Card which I use in my Braille Edge 40.

I succeeded in copying the Application Form into another folder and opening
that file.  I copied it onto an SD Card to fill out the form on my Braille
Edge.
