Thanks Dave for posting this! I did this a couple weeks ago.


One thing people may have trouble with is the length of the link, which 
might not fit on one line in certain email browsers. I noticed in this 
message that the link appears on two lines, and that pressing enter on 
it will give the error "nothing here". If your line ends where mine did 
and you get such an error, try pressing alt-d in your web browser, 
pressing right arrow, and typing in the last part of the line, which in 
my case was _commercialization. The line may end differently on your 
end. This is a good strategy whenever you have a link from an email that 
appears broken. Strangely enough, I was able to post it on one line in 
this message, as I have below.
