Attached is a letter from the Illinois Attorney General's Office regarding a
complaint EFE filed against BP, which later became Travel Centers of
America, regarding a refusal of access and service to customers using
service animals at 2 BP stations.  The agreement reached covers all 52
service stations in Illinois.

Please let me know if you are unable to access this document, and if so, I
will request a Word version from the AG's Office.  Thanks.
