[il-talk] Urgent Action Needed regarding H.R. 620

I just submitted my note to Mike Quigley.  I am extremely disappointed 
in the fact he uses visual captias that require the use to select 
pictures.  The audio version was hard for me to understand.  Anyway, the 
deed is done and my email was just now sent.
