The National Federation of the Blind of Illinois, Chicago Chapter will hold
its next meeting Saturday, June 9 at Exchequer Restaurant and Pub, 226 South
Wabash Avenue, in downtown Chicago.  We will hold a board meeting, beginning
at 11:30 AM, and a general business meeting, beginning at 1 o'clock.

 

The board will consider various fundraising projects, as well as our annual
contribution to several funds at national convention.

 

Our program will featur discussion about the Transportation Security
Administration (TSA) - traveling with a cane or guide dog through airport
security check points.  

 

We also will discuss our annual picnic.  We propose different arrangements
this summer.
