[il-talk] Primary Election Day

Thank goodness for the board of elections. I have voted in the same 
precinct since accessible voting equipment appeared on the  scene. Even 
now voting is an adventure. I am more convinced than ever after this 
last election that either the training is woefully inadequate, or those 
who serve as judges simply don't pay attention to the training offered. 
I am keeping my fingers crossed for Tuesday.
