Hello All:

The 2019 Lions Ski for Sight, sponsored by the Southwest Region District 1-J
Lions will take place from January 25-27, 2019 in the DeKalb, Illinois area.

If you wish to attend, download, fill out, print and mail the application to
Lion Jerome Perez at the address given on the application.  You'll need
access to a printer, as there's a waiver form at the end of the application
that needs to be signed and dated.

If you want to attend, hurry and sign up, because they're only taking the
first 66 Skiers with visual impairments that sign up.  We've attended this
event for several years, and it's always a great time.
