Hello,

 

My name is Brett Shishkoff, and I am an Associate Producer and engineer at
CRIS Radio located at The Chicago Lighthouse. I am excited to tell you about
our new podcast, "The Unseen Show."

 

This show covers a variety of topics from the unique perspective of people
who are blind or have other disabilities. Subjects covered so far range from
online dating, to the media's lack of representation of people with
disabilities, among others. The show is hosted by myself along with my
colleagues Sandy Murillo, Jose Martinez and Michael Kolleng. Sandy, Jose and
I are completely blind. Michael Kolleng is sighted, and plays a critical
role by giving our listeners his perspective about the topics as a person
with vision.
