Good morning all,

Yesterday, we heled elections for all of our executive board, and two of the
at large seats. The Board of Directors for the National Federation of the
Blind of Illinois is as follows:

Executive Board

 

Denise R. Avant, President

Debbie Kent Stein, 1st Vice President

Marilyn Green, 2d Vice President 

David Meyer, Secretary

Patti Chang, Treasurer

At Large Board Members are:

Cathy Randal, Ferris Wheel Chapter 

Patricia Olson, Black Hawk Chapter

Bill Reif, Ferris Wheel Chapter

Mary Grunwald, Chicago Chapter

Steve Hastalis Chicago Chapter

Adrienne Falconer, At Large Chapter

 

Congratulations to our newest board member, Marilyn Green, who is the at
large chapter President. Welcome to our board Marilyn. I look forward to
working with this board. Thanks goes to Glenn Mooree, who has served as our
secretary for the past four years, and remains the IABS treasurer. And thank
you everyone for voting for me once again as your state President. I will do
all that I can to help our movement.
