                          At large Chapter Meeting MinutesMeeting was
called to order by Marilyn Green at 7:00 P.M. Those in attendance:

It was moved by Debbie Pittman and seconded by Linda Hendle to approve
minutes from the September meeting. The motion carried.

State Report-Denise Avant
-State Conference is on October 26-28th 2018
-Registration for hotel rooms is closed
-Preregistration is October 12th, 2018: the fee is five dollars ($5)
-after October 12th, 2018, registration is twenty dollars ($20)
-Meals
•	Parent breakfast-is ten dollars ($10)
•	Student breakfast-is ten dollars ($10)
•	Student/parent/vendor lunch is twenty dollars ($20)
•	The banquet-is thirty dollars ($30
•	Special meals-contact Pattischang at gmail.com
IABS Idol
-is on October 20th, 2018
-five dollar fee ($5)-which covers the song and entrance
-love songs chosen
-Individual performers are welcomed	
-Halloween costumes welcome
-submit resolutions by October 12th, 2018 to resolution board chaired
by Steve Hastalis at steve.hastalis at gmail.com
-agenda will be posted by Tuesday Morning October 9th, 2018
Washington Seminar
-application is on the website
-due date of application is December 1st, 2018
-Seminar dates January 28-31st 2019

National Braille Readers are Leaders Program
-K-12
-application will be online, November 1st, 2018
-this program will be working with Action Fund
