You may already be aware that the Currency Exchange formerly at 777 N.
LaSalle in Chicago closed as of the end of the day on Friday, March 29. We
are aware of and regret the inconvenience this has caused for some who had
been buying ADA tickets or loading TAP cards there. However, please know
that Pace was only informed of this closure a few days beforehand, leaving
us no time to arrange other sales outlets in other parts of Chicago.

As soon as we found out about the Currency Exchange closure, Pace
immediately notified our riders (see email below that Pace sent on March
28) and began to search for additional sales outlet locations within
Chicago. The in-person sales of ADA tickets and loading of TAP cards is now
being handled at that *Currency Exchange’s new location--3158 W Irving Park
Road in Chicago (corner of Kedzie and Irving Park)*—as of Saturday, March
30.

Our goal is to have set up within a few weeks two additional sales outlets:
one downtown and one on the south side of Chicago.  We will inform you and
all ADA and TAP riders when the new sites are officially secured.

Again, Pace apologizes for the inconvenience. We urge you to pass along the
communication below to encourage your fellow riders to take advantage of
other, more convenient options for buying tickets or loading TAP cards.
