[il-talk] Problem with Schaumburg dial a ride

It does not sound like the supervisor disclosed if it was an internal
policy of Schaumberg transportation, a village ordinance, or a Pace
policy. It would be useful to obtain a copy of the policy that is
being referenced in order to understand any constraints that might
exist.
