The Chicago Transit Authority's ADA Advisory Committee created a Wayfinding
subcommittee to investigate new solutions and innovations that would
maximize independent travel for our diverse community of people with
disabilities. We are seeking feedback on how you find your way to a CTA bus
or train and follow the route. Your responses will help us make the most
effective recommendations.

Please take a few minutes to complete our online survey at:
https://forms.gle/VfRGWeDXd7vnke6U8

Completed surveys must be submitted by Monday, November 25th. If you have
any questions or would prefer a different survey format, please email
ADAChicagoPublicTransit at gmail.com or call 312-278-7558. Thank you for
sharing your ride experience!

Note: The ADA Advisory Committee was established by the authority of the
Chicago Transit Board. The Committee serves in an advisory capacity that
provides CTA with recommendations on compliance with the American's with
Disabilities Act, facilitates dialogue between CTA and the disability
community, and supports increased use of CTA's services by people with
disabilities. For more information on the ADA Advisory Committee, visit
<http://www.TransitChicago.com> www.TransitChicago.com then click on
Accessibility at the top of the screen. The last box is for the ADA Advisory
Committee.
