[IL-Talk] no texting for at least three days

I am actually using iOS 13.1.2. This is the second update since its release. For those using it, you will want to go to settings, to the general section, to keyboard and turn off an item called “slide to type“. If this item is on while using voice over and touch typing, sliding your finger it will insert random words. With that being said, iOS 13 seems to work for blind users. I don’t know about low –vision options.
