Greetings federation family,

Your door prize committee is still accepting donations for our state
convention. If the time has snuck upon you and you forgot to let us
know what you are donating, we understand and appreciate your
generosity.

Please e-mail me off list to say what you and/or your chapter is
donating. Your committee would appreciate it if door prizes were
labelled in Grade 1 Braille and Large Print. We look forward to a
great convention filled with work and play.

Our state convention is just five weeks away and we are continuing to
accept door prizes. Gently used items, gift cards to major
retailers/restaurants, hand-crafted items, homemade treats and cash
are welcome to enhance the excitement of our 51st state convention.

I will be at the Chicago chapter meeting on Saturday, September 14,
ready to accept your donations. you are welcome to bring them with you
to state convention. Please label your door prize donations in large
print and Braille for the convenience of your door prize committee.

We are looking forward to another awesome convention.

Greetings federation family,

It is hard to believe that the summer is almost gone and we are in the
home stretch for our 51st state convention. We will gather in our
state's capital to conduct the business of our organization and
re-energize for the future.

Your door prize committee wants to enhance your enjoyment of
convention with some small items (i.e. gift cards to national
restaurant and/or retail chains, hand-crafted items, homemade treats,
cash, etc.) All items are appreciated by your committee and your
fellow convention goers.

Reach out to me off list and I can provide more information about door
prizes. I will be at the Chicago chapter meeting on Saturday,
September 14 if you would like to drop your items off with me at that
time. When possible, please label your donations in Large Print and
Braille to make it easier for all.

Your door prize committee and your fellow federationists appreciate
