Good afternoon everyone,

 

I hope this email finds you well. I am reaching out to remind you all that
the Scooter Pilot Program ends on Tuesday, October 15. Note that scooters
will be available that day, and that this is the scheduled end of a
four-month pilot program. After the conclusion of the pilot, the city will
be using community feedback along with data on ridership, injuries and
complaints to evaluate the program and determine next steps. 

 

If you can, please communicate to your constituents and stakeholders that
the pilot is coming to an end on October 15. Community feedback is obviously
an important part of the evaluation- please continue to push out our survey
<https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/BT5HBT9> , which is open until October 27,
and take it yourself if you have not done so already. Additionally, we
welcome formal feedback from you and/or your organization as we take the
time to properly evaluate the program and determine next steps- feel free to
pass along letters or other forms of feedback directly to me. Finally, we
will be convening a stakeholder meeting in November to discuss the pilot-
you can expect a formal invitation in the coming weeks. 

 

Thanks again for your ongoing feedback throughout this pilot program. It is
so important for us to get community input, whether positive, negative or
neutral. Your insight is invaluable.
