[IL-Talk] Recent Dockless Scooter Article

I believe an article appeared in the local paper about a second
Chicago scooter pilot.  the city plans two or three companies for the
pilot later this summer. No date was announced because the companies
are in near financial ruin from Covid.  With the civil unrest, parties
may be hesitant at the present time to deploy thousands of electric
scooters on city streets even if the companies were flush with cash.
