Hello Everyone:

 

Please note that, due to bridge renovations on Belmont over the Chicago
River North Branch, the westbound, near "T" bus stop on Belmont/Rockwell is
temporarily eliminated from now through Monday, October 12, 2020.

 

After 10/12, the lane closures will switch and the eastbound, nearside bus
stop on Belmont/Rockwell will be temporarily eliminated from 10/12 through
Monday, November 2, 2020. (More details below)

 

The work will be performed in two phases:

 

PHASE 1 - Monday, September 28, 2020 thru October 12, 2020

Continuous closure of North half of the bridge to all vehicles and
pedestrians. All traffic moved to the south side of the road, one (1) lane
of traffic in each direction will be maintained at all times.

 

PHASE 2 - Monday, October 12, 2020 thru Monday, November 02, 2020

Continuous closure of South half of the bridge to all vehicles and
pedestrians. All traffic moved to the north side of the road, one (1) lane
of traffic in each direction will be maintained at all times. Turn will NOT
be permitted onto Rockwell from Belmont. Rockwell will be closed from
Belmont to Fletcher due to joint work in the intersection. Local parking
will be allowed, but access to Belmont from Rockwell will be denied.

stopping #77 Belmont  9/28/2020 - 10/12/2020
*	Belmont/Rockwell EB, NS - Stop ID: 7867 - "Temp out" - route
stopping #77 Belmont 10/2/2020 - 11/2/2020
