Good afternoon everyone,

I have written a document called "Winter Preparedness for those that are blind or low vision”. It may be freely distributed. It is in a final draft state. Any questions, suggestions, or corrections are greatly appreciated. Please stay safe this Winter. I will add more references and further reading links later this weekend.
