If one simply submits a state identification it will usually work. If it
doesn't, then you can challenge whether it is a needful qualification. Some
employers say driver's license but really mean license or state
Identification card.

I note that one of the requirements for this job is a valid driver's
license. Can that requirement be challenged? This is a problem with many job
postings in multiple fields.
