[IL-Talk] convention thank you

Thanks to those who registered last weekend. Many of you have not registered
yet. In order to vote you must be a paid member and you must register.
Please register now. It will be difficult to ascertain who is eligible to
vote on the swift platform unless people get in their dues and register for
convention. My understanding is that swift will require voter registration
prior to when our convention registration is due, so please please register
and pay your dues now. If you need help, please let me know.
