If they pay as part of convention, it will cover through next year. We will forward any money collected to your treasurer. In order to vote they must be paid for 2020. Since everyone is meeting virtually we are offering this method to pay for next year and this year as a convenience. It also makes it easier for everyone since I see the payment and can simply put it into our master database. You should encourage your members to pay now to save effort next year.

I have a question concerning paying dues. If the members of my chapter have paid dues through this year I am guessing that they don’t have to pay dues until January to our treasurer. Is this correct? So the people who need to pay dues are those who have not paid for 2020? so the people who need to pay dues are those who have not paid for 2020?

vote on the swift platform unless people get in their dues and register for
convention. My understanding is that swift will require voter registration
prior to when our convention registration is due, so please please register
