[IL-Talk] Please send what we can off list

Dear all, 

 

I recently asked people to answer a question off-list to my email to avoid
clutter on Il-Talk and IABS-Talk. Some people have done that, but some
people are responding on list. Please send messages which we can to
individuals including your response to my question about state convention.
