Hi Maureen and all:

That question threw me for a loop initially too.  The way to handle it
using JAWS is:
1.  Tab to the first item, the one about climate change.  It's
initially number 1.
2.  Hit insert+Z to turn off your virtual cursor.
3.  Suppose you want to make the climate change item number 4.  Press
enter, JAWS will say which option is selected.  Down arrow to the
number you want, press enter.  JAWS will tell you option 4 is
selected.  Then press tab.
4.  Do this for each item until you get things in the order of
priority you want.  Keep in mind when you change a number on an item,
it moves to that position on screen.  You'll need to turn on your
virtual cursor, insert+Z to see after each item you move what order
they are in.

Takes a bit of work, but it's much better in terms of accessibility
than the survey RTA did last year.  The good news there's only one
question where you drag and drop stuff.  The programmer in me would
love to know what the underlying code making this work is, probably
some form of JavaScript or a Java Applett.
