[IL-Talk] happy hour for all

Hello Everyone,

As I think of this time of the year, it has hit me that this is a real 
week of celebration. St. Patricks day on March 17, St. Josephs day on 
March 19 and the changing of the seasons from winter to spring on Mardh 
21. Beyond that, we just might be turning the corner on Covid 19.

All of that said, would you not agree that it is time for a happy hour?

And so it is that on Friday, March 19 at 5:00 P.M. we will do just 
that. That being a Chicago happy hour. Though it expected that many who 
will attend will be from Chicago, anyone from throughout the state is welcome.

So, take a little time to cradle an Irish coffee, or even a plane one 
might suffice, grab a Guinness, moisten your lips with some Irish Mist, 
Italian wine or perhaps snack on a bowl of spaghetti. If none of those 
options are appealing, go ahead and pick your own pleasure.
