[IL-Talk] convention registration

It has come to my attention that several people have registered for 
convention but have yet to pay for it.

Please understand that convention registration is not complete until a 
full payment is received. Therefore, you must pay for your convention 
registration and any other activities you wish to attend if you are 
attending at the hotel.

If you intend to pay by check, please send to Michal Nowicki NFBI 
Treasurer, 5128 North Oak Park avenue, Chicago, IL  60656. Registration 
must be done along with a payment which must be received by Michal by 
October 7. If payment is not received, your registration is not 
complete and you will have to reregister. After October 7, the 
registration fee is $20 and each meal costs $5 more than it would if 
your registration were to be completed on or before October 7.

If you have already registered, you can pay your convention fees on the 
donation page. If you do this, Please e-mail Michal at 
treasurer at nfbofillinois.org.
