[IL-Talk] Upgrade to Windows 11?

I'm not upgrading to Windows 11 for a while. I use the non-visual desktop
access program. I figure I'll keep an eye on things and most likely could
do it in a month or two. I want to make sure that they got most of the bugs
out of it.
