[Ray Campbell]

Hello All:

Many of us either knew Don davia as a friend and colleague, had him as
a Rehabilitation Counselor or both.  It is with great sadness that I
tell you Don's wife, Anna Mae passed away this past Tuesday.  She had
been battling Parkinson's disease for a long time.

Please keep Don and the family in your thoughts and prayers.  If you
wish to remember Anna Mae, you can make a donation to the Spectrios
Institute for Low Vision (Formerly Deicke Center for Visual
Rehabilitation) in her honor, 219 E. Cole Avenue, Wheaton, IL  60187.
