[IL-Talk] Passing of Joy Harris

Dear all, 

 

I am sorry to hear of the passing of Joy Harris. Joy was an affiliate
president and she and Allan, her husband, were active in the NFB for
decades. Allen was my affiliate president when I first became involved in
1981. I do not know about arrangements yet, but thought many of you would
want to know.
