Thank you so much for letting us know.  I remember hearing Allen speak at my
first National convention.  Joy struck me as a wonderful person.  I will be
praying for Allen and the family.

I am sorry to hear of the passing of Joy Harris. Joy was an affiliate
president and she and Allan, her husband, were active in the NFB for
decades. Allen was my affiliate president when I first became involved in
1981. I do not know about arrangements yet, but thought many of you would
want to know.
