SHOOT #1: 

Client: University of Wisconsin Whitewater - College of Business & Economics

Where: Madison, Wisconsin

Agency: Kingdom Filmworks

When: Night video shoot Monday, July 25 into early AM of Tuesday, July 26. 

The second shoot is evening of Tuesday, July 26 into early AM of Wednesday, July 27.

Hotels provided for talent (if needed)

 

RATES & USAGE 

Fee: $1,500 (session and usage rate)

Travel Fee: $500
Usage: No broadcast - digital only for 2 years

video shoot/NON UNION talent ONLY please

Usage is REGIONAL

 

ROLES

Ages - 20-40 years (portraying students attending the school)

=People with physical disabilities

 

Ethnicities we are looking to cast:ALL

SHOOT DETAILS

We are planning on shooting at six different locations around Madison with a different person in each location. In each case, the person will be studying online on either an iPad or a laptop

Session -  Up to 10 hours, some talent will not be needed for full day

Hotel provided as needed for talent in MADISON, WI

Payment - $1,500 + 20% PLUS $250 FLAT travel stipend per person

Client - Destination Madison

Usage Details:  Internal, Social, Brochures, Digital Ads, Billboards, in perpetuity for Destination Madison in partnership with Concerts on the Square (local organization concert series) They require in perp, sorry, but it will most likely not be used beyond 2-3 years since it will significantly date itself (:

*  No Broadcast

*  Will not include national digital

*  Will not include national OOH

 

*      4 TALENT:

(2) fun loving individuals (1 with a physical disability)

(2) a LGBTQ+ couple or best friends

o   Ages: 24-38

o   Open gender

o   Open ethnicity, focus on diverse

o   Looking for some to have unique looks (hair style, etc.)

o   Looking for LGBTQ+ couple (all representation/ethnicity)
