[IL-Talk] Charities for assistive technology?

Hello,

Does anyone happen to know of a charity that receives and gives out
second-hand assistive tech devices, namely refreshable Braille
displays? I am asking for a person who lives in a developing foreign
country, who would benefit tremendously from having a RBD but would
have an extremely difficult time ever obtaining one. Just wondering if
anyone knows of such an organization to suggest, because personally I
don't.
