Here is your weekly reminder that the Chappell Dennis committee is
accepting applications for financial assistance to attend our 2023
state convention in Naperville, IL. Tell your friends that convention
time is here and we want them at our state convention.

Please reach out if you or someone you know needs financial assistance
to attend the state convention or if the person needs assistance with
completing the form. Applications are due to
president at nfbofillinois.org no later than 11:59pm on Friday, September
1. We are looking forward to another great convention where the light
of the federation fire burns bright!

Greetings fellow federationists,

It is that time of year again to hear the tapping of long white canes
throughout the halls of our state convention hotel. AS I gear up for
the planning of the convention, I remember that the people are the
one's who bring the enthusiasm and energy that make the convention
memorable. The convention proper will begin at 4:00pm with our
resolutions committee but we will have an array of fun activities and
opportunities for networking all day on Friday, October13. Please plan
to be at the convention Friday, October 13-Saturday, October 14. We
will adjourn at the end of the banquet on Saturday night.

If you would like to attend the 2023 state convention or know someone
who would like to attend the convention and need financial assistance,
Chappell Dennis grants are available. Visit
www.nfbofillinois.org/convention and download and complete the
Chappell-Dennis form and submit it to president at nfbofillinois.org, no
later than 11:59pm on Friday, September 1.

format should not be changed and you can contact me if the person
