I hgave a question for those who have used the Illinois Talking Book 
and Braille Service for the past four years or more. During the time 
you have received books from the Talking Book and Braille servicce, how 
has your experience been? Has it gotten better, stayed the same or 
gotten worse? Please reply to me off list. Also, please send your reply
