This is very sad news about Adam. As I recall from his last couple of
chapter meetings, he had gotten a successful kidney transplant and was
feeling very optimistic.

I just learned of the passing of Adam Kozarowicz.  Adam was an active member
and a regular attendee of Chicago Chapter meetings during the 2010's. He
passed away during the early part of April. I always found Adam to be
unfailingly cheerful and courteous. Thank you Pam Gillmore for passing on
this information. We know no further details at this time.
