Dave,

Dave, my condolences for your loss of Teresa. I can’t even imagine such a loss it’s going to create a challenging void in your life for many years.

You should try to focus your thought process on all the positive things that of occurred in your life together.

One thing that may possibly help is a concept called neurolinguistic programming. I typically use the bony protuberance on my wrist as a touch point.

Each day touch that point and think of something positive that you and Teresa did you can do this many times a day and you want to do it for at least 30 days the longer the better , the strange your mind to associate to touch you of that point with the positive memories of your life, partner, and wife. Anytime you have sad thoughts simply touch the point to return your mind to the good memories you had together

If you need a friend to talk with, I’m sure all of us will be here for you , if you need to talk anytime of the day or night, you certainly have my phone number. Feel free to call it if you need help or support in anyway.

If you care to read about your linguistic programming, the best author is our barber, Bates, and Erickson. You can start with a book called “Patterns I”.

Good evening Dave,
I'm very sad to learn of Teresa passing. I will miss her greatly and my
sympathy and well wishes are with you, that your wonderful memories and
love for eachother are always close in your mind to help with your
grieving. I am glad I was able to be there in October when you both were

recognized at our state convention and that our federation family new and
old could share even a few moments of your lives and got that chance to
know her if they hadn't before.
If you ever need to talk, now and in the future, I'm always happy to.
Your friend,
-Glenn Moore III

As Marilyn Green just reminded me it is times like this when we need to
express our love and regard for one another. Sending love and caring your
way. We are family and Dave; we are here for you.
