Advocates,

 

People with disabilities deserve to be paid fairly for the work they do.

 

With proper accommodations, people with disabilities are often productive and loyal workers.

 

Nobody should be paid below minimum wage!

 

Subminimum wage phaseout advocates, we need your help before 9:30 am Central May 18. Please file a witness slip in support of HB 793 HA 1, the Dignity in Pay Act. At the link, you fill out your contact info and what organization you represent (as a staffer or member). If you do not represent an organization, you mark "self." Please choose "Proponent" and then "Record of Appearance Only", and submit. Anyone, from any state, can submit these witness slips. Let's get the Dignity in Pay Act a big show of support!
