I have updated and do not see these issues. I suggest you delete and
reinstall the BARD ap.

If you have updated your I-Phone to 17.1 and you have the BARD app on your
phone, please see if you have all the buttons on your BARD screen when
listening to a book.  Also see if you can change the speed of a book.  If
you can give feedback on these issues I would appreciate it.  Apple does not
want to own up to the problems their updates are causing.
